Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Katy is a Senior Vice President in the Houston Office Division, specializing in leasing services, including transaction management and negotiation, as well as marketing and business development, on behalf of institutional and private real estate investors. Katy won HOLBAs 2019 Landlord Representative award based on deal production and community involvement. She has been named a Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter the past three years and has been named one of Transwesterns top female producers.

Katy graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA with a degree in Business Journalism with Politics and Marketing concentrations, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She holds a Texas real estate license.
