TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Karen Clarke is a Senior Vice President on Transwestern Denver’s brokerage team that specializes in tenant advisory for office properties in the Denver and Colorado Springs markets.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Karen joined Transwestern in 2010 and has 26 years of real estate experience. Over the last two decades she has represented clients in over 10 million square feet of office, retail, and flex.
 
Karen has worked with wide range of clients including Stinson Leonard Street LLP, Haynes and Boone LLP, Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs (HRH), GTT Technologies, Circle K, CH2M Hill, Metso Minerals, EDMC, and Federal Express.

Karen is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and Denver South Economic Development Partnership.
 
Karen has been ranked among Transwestern Denver’s top leasing brokers receiving awards for: 2017 Top Producer, 2017 Largest Agency Leasing Transaction (EDD), 2017 Largest Suburban Office Lease (AAA for 80,000 square feet), 2015 Deal of the Year with the Investment Sales Team (NorthCreek Office Sale of 320,000 square feet), 2014 Largest Suburban Office Lease (FirstSource for 66,000 square feet), 2001-2005 Power Broker Award, 2003 SIOR Largest Suburban Office Lease (Chicago Title/FNF for 130,000 square feet).

EDUCATION

She attended University of Colorado and is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
