Justin Lerner is a veteran in the industry with over 20 years of experience. His clients tout his honesty, determination, market expertise, and overall belief in “always put the clients’ needs first.” He has an exceptional reputation in the industry representing international, national, and local tenants, including Wayfair, Domtar Paper, Ferguson (Wolseley), ServPro, Major Prime Plastics, Abitzy, Teinnovations, Century Tile, and Magnetrol. Additionally, Justin represents both private and institutional owners, including: Prologis, Westmount, Taurus Investment Holdings, Unilev Capital, Trident Capital, Ohio Teachers, Venture One Real Estate, CenterPoint Properties, ML Realty Partners, Faropoint, Clear Height Properties, and MLG Capital.

In being focused and efficient, Justin formulates a very specific, articulate, and practical strategy to achieve the objective for each of his clients. Justin’s market expertise and business development practice is focused in the I-88, West Cook County, DuPage County, I-90, and O’Hare submarkets.

Since joining Transwestern, Justin has completed over 37.8 million SF in transactions with a value totaling in excess of $1.15 billion.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Justin worked as a leasing coordinator for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis, Missouri.

Justin graduated from the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, double majoring in Finance and International Business.
