TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Clarence brings 28 years of agency/project leasing expertise to his role as senior vice president. His involvement throughout his career in marketing and leasing of the 2.2-million-square-foot Southfield Town Center gives him unparalleled knowledge of the property, its tenants and its potential.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern, Clarence served in senior positions with CB Richard Ellis-Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis, where he represented the Southfield Town Center. He also has an impressive background in project office leasing for a number of Class A office projects and general brokerage concentration in Southeast Michigan involving the build-to-suit process for several foreign transplant companies and tenant representation.
He has provided representation for a number of clients, including The Blackstone Group, Prudential Insurance Company, GASIC, Archer Group, Gale & Wentworth and the Stroh Companies.
EDUCATION
Clarence received his bachelors degree and MBA in finance from the University of Detroit. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan.
