TRANSWESTERN ROLE
With nearly 20 years of commercial brokerage experience, Evelyn focuses on agency leasing for office product, as well as tenant and owner/user representation throughout the greater Houston area. She also represents a nationally branded, retail automotive corporate client for their raw land acquisitions in a five state area that includes Texas. Evelyn’s expertise lies in market knowledge, negotiations, marketing and finding the best solution for her clients based on their goals and individual needs. Nearly all of her clients are repeat business because of her attention to detail, tenacity and passion for service.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Evelyn joined Transwestern in November of 2010 and worked in all facets of office leasing, with specific focus on Landlord representation. In December 2014, she expanded her service lines to include tenant representation and site-selection for land users. She has expertise across all of the Houston office submarkets, as well as expertise state-wide for land transactions. To date, Evelyn completed in excess of 3.5 million square feet of leases. She has also closed over $100 million in land transactions. Prior to working at Transwestern, Evelyn worked in Georgetown side-by-side with a 30-year veteran in commercial real estate. The majority of her work was focused on raw land transactions.
Her client list includes Lionstone Investments, Rialto Capital, CP Group, Northwestern Mutual, Accesso Partners, Houston MRI and Keating Auto Group.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION
Evelyn is a licensed Texas real estate broker and affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors. In April 2011, she earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is held by only 4% of commercial real estate practitioners. Additionally, she was President of the CCIM Gulf Coast chapter in 2015 and serves a committee member for CCIM National. In 2022, Evelyn became a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute for CI 103 – User Analysis. She earned a Rising Star award as a Junior Instructor for July 2022, an award that has not been given for 10 years.
EDUCATION
Evelyn earned her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
