TRANSWESTERN ROLE

John joined Transwestern as the co-leader of the Industrial Occupier Advisory Group in 2019. He spent the prior 20 years at NAI Partners where he was a main shareholder and lead the Industrial Division. He was a top 10 producer every year during that 20-year period. John specializes in all areas of industrial real estate including tenant and buyer representation, project leasing, property dispositions, build to suit projects, and investment sales.

Over John’s 28-year career, he has closed over 38,000,000 square feet of transactions with an aggregate value of $2 Billion. John has received recognition by NAIOP, Costar, and Houston Business Journal as one of the top producing Industrial brokers in Houston. John has closed ±3.4 Million SF of transactions with an aggregate value of $290 million over the last 24 months. Some of his select clients include AEW, Bennett Motor Express, Brennan Investments, Cabot, Emerson, Genentech, Hilcorp, Link, Panattoni, Patterson UTI, and Prologis.
