Hunter Jones

Hunter joined Transwestern in 2021. He specializes in agency leasing services for office owners, medical building owners, healthcare practice groups and life science providers. Hunter is responsible for new business development for Central Texas and is highly involved in all aspects of leasing representation, site selection, property valuation and consulting services for local, regional and national clients.

 

With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Hunter has built strong relationships and earned the trust of regional and national agency leasing clients including   Aspire Allergy & Sinus, Sanova Dermatology, Tricity Pain Associates, Orthopedic Associates of Central Texas, Advanced Pain Care, Central Texas Colon & Rectal, and Central Health, as well as many other local and regional clients.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Hunter served as Vice President with Stream Realty Partners as a member of Stream’s healthcare division in Central Texas, where he focused on leasing, development, investment sales and tenant representation across the medical office and healthcare platform. During that time Hunter completed over 100 transactions totaling over 350,000 square feet. Prior to joining Stream, Hunter spent 17 years in the healthcare industry working for medical giants including Alcon Labs, Medtronic Inc. and Johnson and Johnson. Hunter has continued his partnerships with providers by helping minimize costs and maximize outcomes through real estate transactions that support collaboration and future technologies.

Hunter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A & M University. Hunter is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
