Harrison West

Harrison serves as a Development Associate of Transwestern Development Company and is based in Austin. He is responsible for sourcing new deals and managing ongoing development opportunities in Austin, Denver and San Antonio markets.

During his career, Harrison has participated in the development or acquisition of in excess of $300 million of multifamily and hospitality space.

 

During his tenure with Transwestern beginning in March of 2022, the group has secured financing and broken ground on two separate multifamily projects. These endeavors include a 197 unit multifamily development in the River North submarket in Denver, CO and a two phase 500+ unit multifamily project in Windsor Village Austin, TX.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a development associate with JMI Realty, where he oversaw $500 million in hospitality assets while acquiring over $205 million additional hospitality assets.

Harrison received a Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree and a Masters of Science in Finance degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
