TRANSWESTERN ROLE

John serves as a Vice President for Transwestern Development Company in Austin, Texas. John is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities in Austin, Phoenix, and San Antonio, project management of projects under construction, and financial and market analysis.

  • Vero - 7-story, 199-unit unit multifamily project in Tempe, Arizona
  • Mira - 7-story, 333-unit multifamily project in Tempe, Arizona
  • TDC PV Mall - 4-story, 334-unit multifamily project in Phoenix, Arizona
     
John brings with him to Transwestern a range of experience including a background in lending, investment analysis, and portfolio management. Before graduate school, John was an Assistant Vice President in Frost Banks Austin Commercial Real Estate Lending group. At Frost, John was responsible for underwriting and closing over $200 million in new loans.

John earned a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
