TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Greg is a Development Manager for Transwestern Development Company and is based in Washington. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of several of the company’s active development projects and new pursuits.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his tenure with Transwestern, Greg has participated in developing office, multifamily and hospitality space, with more than $500 million in aggregate cost. Recent and current endeavors include the adaptive reuse of an obsolete 13-story, 600,000-square-foot government office building into a 16-story, 520-unit mixed-use residential building, The Foundry and Capitol Rose, a 158-unit infill development, in Washington’s Dupont Circle neighborhood.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2017, Greg was a Project Director at Capital Construction Consultants Inc., where he delivered projects throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Most recently, Greg managed the delivery of a 261-unit, 10-story luxury apartment building located at 5333 Connecticut Ave. NW in Washington’s Chevy Chase neighborhood.

EDUCATION

Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and holds a master’s in real estate from Georgetown University.
