TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Chris Cussen is a senior leasing property manager for Transwestern. As a senior leasing property manager for the Transwestern team, Chris is responsible for the day-to-day property management, construction supervision, investor reporting and marketing for six industrial properties totaling over seven million square feet.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Chris has 19 years of commercial real estate experience in property management and development. Prior to joining Transwestern, Chris was a project manager for Voit Development Company. As a project manager for Voit, Chris was responsible for the day-to-day project management, construction supervision, investor reporting and marketing for sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail developments for various Voit projects in Orange County, San Diego County and the Inland Empire.
