Christopher Bell

As the Financial Analyst, Christopher focuses on supporting regional leasing and finance brokers in the financial analysis of leasing properties, preparation of financial projections, and the preparation of market comparable/demographics analysis, with responsibilities including lease audits, market data, and financial review and modeling. Christopher best assists Transwestern’s clients by utilizing his knowledge of various real estate asset types, asset cash flows, lease vs. purchase analyses, local property markets, and capital markets dynamics.

Christopher began his career in operations management with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where he held various leadership roles across the rooms division of multiple properties. Christopher had several notable achievements with Four Seasons, including co-leading the front office to the highest sales goal achievement companywide while in Scottsdale, as well as achieving the No. 2 arrival/departure team score companywide while in Boston.

 

Christopher transitioned to real estate sales and analysis post MBA where he and his team were market leaders in single-tenant healthcare sale-leasebacks in the southeast while in Mississippi, and was responsible for lease auditing & trend analysis, and leasing & owner-user acquisition analysis in DC.

Christopher graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and minor in Business Administration, and recently received his master of business administration from the University of Mississippi.
