Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Trevor is a Managing Director with the Mid- Atlantic Structured Finance group at Transwestern. His primary responsibility is structuring debt and equity real estate capitalization solutions on behalf of the firm’s investor and institutional clients.
 
Trevor’s expertise encompasses the full spectrum of real estate services with an emphasis on acquisition and development financing. During his 20 year career, which has spanned many different facets of the commercial real estate world, Trevor has participated in the financing, sale, or acquisition of more than $5 billion worth of commercial real-estate assets.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Trevor worked in JLL’s Capital Markets group.

EDUCATION

Trevor received a bachelor’s degree in History from Duke University in 2001.
