Clayton Johnson

Clayton serves as an Associate for Transwestern’s Industrial Services team in Dallas, Texas. Clayton focuses on project leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition services in the Northwest Dallas and DFW Airport submarkets. Prior to becoming an Associate, Clayton served as an Analyst where he provided financial analysis, market research and transaction support for Transwestern’s Industrial Services team in North Texas.

Prior to Transwestern. Clayton held an internship with Stream Realty Partners.

Clayton is a graduate of Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
