Chip began his real estate career in 1985 with Trammell Crow Company and has been with Transwestern since 1991. He has held senior leadership positions that have included local, regional and national oversight for agency leasing, asset services, investment sales and tenant advisory. He has been instrumental in Transwesterns geographic expansion and the establishment of a Young Professionals initiative that brings together the next generation of leaders through networking, idea exchange, business development and community service. In 2018, Chip spearheaded the framework for the companys Strategic Account Management program, a highly structured, coordinated approach that offers top-tier clients deep business intelligence, customized research and targeted service offerings through a dedicated relationship manager and account management team.
