November 13, 2024
HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the appointment of Laura Bacelli as National Director of Hospitality to pioneer the firm’s integrated approach to asset services hospitality. Bacelli will define, lead and scale the Transwestern hospitality ethos across the firm’s national managed portfolio of commercial properties, harnessing the power of a dedicated, experienced asset services team to seamlessly embed hospitality with fundamental property operations. This innovative approach will introduce expanded roles, customized training, intentional programming and defined KPIs designed to strengthen tenant loyalty and maximize asset value.
"Integrating hospitality into the Transwestern experience exemplifies our mission of doing business differently to deliver extraordinary results to our clients,” said Chip Clarke, TRS Chief Revenue Officer. “Through Laura’s extensive expertise and transformational leadership, Transwestern will infuse hospitality tenets into our national asset services model and create an elevated standard across the platform to provide consistently enriching experiences for owners and tenants.”
Bacelli brings more than 15 years of experience in the luxury lifestyle industry to Transwestern. She has served as Vice President of Experience at the leading hospitality development and management company ROH and Vice President of Business Development for InsiderNYC, one of the most prestigious global private concierges. As Head of Guest Experience Development & Partnerships, Bacelli scaled Restoration Hardware’s integrated hospitality platform across its national portfolio. She was also part of Vornado Realty Trust’s consulting team during pre-and post-development of Penn 1 and Penn 2 office buildings in New York, helping to define the programming vision, space planning and integrated staffing and F&B models. Her institutional client list includes Beacon, BioMed Realty, Rice University, Georgia Pacific and C12 Capital/Sardis Developments.
“At Transwestern, we believe the foundation of property management has evolved,” said Bacelli. “Optimized operations and impeccable service are a baseline expectation for owners and tenants. We are pioneering a refined approach that integrates a true understanding of hospitality into each operational function to inform every decision we make on behalf of our clients. This nimble, innovative mindset empowers our teams to draw inspiration from each asset—as well as the neighborhood and tenant composition—to create memorable, energy-infused workplace environments that achieve client goals.”
