CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Working on behalf of ING Direct, Bryan managed the development of a new 75,000-square-foot office build-to-suit project. ING relied on Bryan’s market expertise to acquire land, select the developer, architect and general contractor, in addition to negotiating lease terms.

Bryan also represented Dunbar Development/Amcon Construction in the acquisition of several land development sites in the last decade. Most recently he assisted with the acquisition of 13 acres in Wayzata that was redeveloped into a 104,000-square-foot multi-tenant office park. He also assisted in the redevelopment of nine acres in Minnetonka for Dunbar.

Representing TA Realty, Bryan negotiated a complicated renewal and expansion of an 80,000-square-foot tenant at the Edina Corporate Center. The tenant conducted an exhaustive two-year search and extremely tough negotiating resulting in a critical lease signed for ownership.

Bryan represents C-III Realty for the leasing of a 5-building suburban office portfolio totaling 500,000-square-feet of office space. On behalf of C-III, the asset has been stabilized over a two-year period in a difficult leasing environment.
