TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Executive Managing Partner, Jim has a capital markets focus while supporting landlord leasing services, sourcing opportunities in office, land, build-to-suit and development. Jim uses his deep relationships in the institutional space to pair capital with operating groups. Jim also works closely with Transwestern’s Phoenix City Leader to expand the firm’s brand, grow all service lines, recruit rising talent, and enhance client service.

Jim is a veteran of the commercial real estate business and is considered one of the most successful commercial sales professionals in the Phoenix area. Jim’s unprecedented success has allowed his clients to draw from his experience to ensure the best possible results for their transactions. Over his career, he has negotiated about 120 million square feet in transactions with an aggregate volume exceeding $14 billion. Jim has obtained record per-square-foot pricing in every submarket in the Phoenix area.
