TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brendan serves as vice president and is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities in Houston, Phoenix and Denver, project management of projects under construction and facilitating asset dispositions.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Recent responsibilities include Portrait at Hance Park, a mixed-use transit oriented development consisting of 340 multi-family units with complimentary retail and Derby Roosevelt, a 220-unit high-rise multi-family project, both in downtown Phoenix; Westway Plaza, a 315,000 sf suburban office development in Houston; The RO, a 17 acre mixed use master plan in the River Oaks neighborhood of Houston that will consist at ultimate buildout of over 1,000 residential units, 500,000 sf of Class A Office, 100,000 f of retail and 200 hotel rooms.   
 
Before joining Transwestern, Brendan served as Development Manager for Trammell Crow Company in Houston, managing the site infrastructure aspects of a multi-phase office and research campus development.

EDUCATION

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
