TRANSWESTERN ROLE

For almost 20 years, Craig has focused on tenant representation, new business development, and project management. Craig specializes in structuring complex real estate transactions for a diverse portfolio of public and private corporations, including insurance and financial services companies, as well as technology and start-up ventures.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Craig is widely recognized for his effectiveness in representing growing firms and has been applauded by clients for his ability to thoroughly understand the most complicated assignments. He is respected as a strong negotiator with an astute attention to detail and the ability to constantly foresee challenges a few steps ahead. In addition, Craig has helped improve cash flows and GAAP schedule utilization for multiple clients, including Aon Corporation and CSX Transportation. Other specialties aptly utilized by Craig to help clients include demographic analysis, strategic planning, and lease negotiations.

EDUCATION

Craig graduated from Indiana University Bloomington, where he was a member of the national dean’s list and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs/Management. While at Indiana University, Craig was the youngest captain in the history of the Indiana University Club Soccer Team.
