TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As an Executive Managing Director in Transwestern’s Chicago office, Andrew leads a seasoned team of tenant advisory brokers. For over 30 years, Andrew has built a solid reputation as a corporate tenant representative proficient in strategic planning, GAAP accounting treatment, state and municipal incentives, build-to-suit transactions, and major headquarter relocations. Andrew has led teams that have worked with distinguished tenants across several industries, including legal, logistics, non-profit, government, healthcare, and pharmaceutical.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Andrew worked with Japanese pharmaceutical giant Astellas on securing an eight-acre parcel for the company’s 440,000-square-foot property in Glenview, Illinois. For the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits of The United Methodist Church, Andrew assisted in the purchase of its 25-acre campus, also in Glenview, for the organization’s new 110,000-square-foot corporate headquarters. Other major assignments include US Bank’s regional headquarters at The Rookery Building, Coyote Logistics’ corporate headquarters at the Green Exchange Building, and Encyclopedia Britannica’s corporate headquarters at 325 N. LaSalle, all located in Chicago. Andrew has also completed several build-to-suit assignments for such entities as Healthcare Services Corporation, University of Chicago Medicine, and Tenneco, to name a few. He has been featured in multiple publications including Commercial Property News, Real Estate Forum, Crain’s Chicago Business, Heartland Real Estate Business, Midwest Real Estate News and GlobeSt.

EDUCATION

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
