TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Cohen Howard performs and supports all aspects of agency leasing, including strategic planning, market research, executing marketing plans, prospecting and touring.
 
 His proficiency in using the Argus Enterprise for cash flow and asset management for property valuation has given him a deeper understanding of market rents, expense ratios, cap rate trends. 
 
Prior to working at Transwestern, Cohen was a Scouting Intern for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He assisted the Steelers in the evaluation of players during training camp.
