CHICAGO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Medline Industries, LP has signed a long-term, 214,560-square-foot lease at 2375 Waterview Drive, Northbrook, Illinois. The privately held medical-surgical product manufacturer and supplier plans to move into its space in mid-2025. Transwestern’s Executive Vice President Kyle Robbins, Executive Managing Director Andrew Davidson, and Executive Vice President David Burkards represented the owner of the 432,000-square-foot office campus in the lease transaction.
Medline is the healthcare industry’s largest medical-surgical manufacturer, supply chain provider, and clinical solutions partner in the U.S. The company is expanding its presence in the north suburbs of Chicago and plans to occupy the north building of 2375 Waterview Drive.

Of the two office buildings at 2375 Waterview Drive, there is approximately 80,000 square feet of available space remaining inside the south building. Tenants have access to a cafeteria, 400-person multi-purpose meeting space, fitness center, new tenant lounge set to deliver next year, outdoor terraces, walkable retail, and ample parking at the mixed-use park. 2375 Waterview Drive is alongside Interstate 294, with signage opportunities that are visible to over one million cars per week. Transwestern brokers Robbins, Davidson, and Burkards have worked directly with the owners of the campus since the site selection and pre-development stages, which started in 2007. After completion, the campus won Suburban Development of the Year from BOMA Chicago in 2012.
