Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Tony is a building engineer at a Class A office building located in Rockville, Maryland. He handles all operational and maintenance requirements and has overseen several base building and tenant improvement projects, including the upgrade of the entire HVAC system. Previously, he oversaw the day to day engineering operations at 2001 L Street, NW, a 167,600-square-foot Class A office building in Washington D.C.’s central business district. He was responsible for daily operations, maintenance and building supervision. In addition, he worked together with property managers and the engineering team to maintain energy management, mechanical systems and perform preventative maintenance and repairs. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Tony began his engineering career with Transwestern in 2011. He previously worked at Hines as a building engineer, where his responsibilities included performing preventative maintenance, overseeing outside contractors and supervising maintenance technicians.
