Washington – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Shady Grove Medical Pavilion at 9601 Blackwell Road in Rockville, Maryland. The 122,000-square-foot, Class A medical office is managed by Caddis, one of the most prominent owners and operators of medical office buildings and assets in the country. Transwestern Vice Presidents Ken Smondrowski and Joe McCormick in the firm’s Healthcare Advisory Services group will be leasing the project.
