Tony Strauss has been deal making, place making, match making and problem solving in the retail & restaurant real estate industry since 1993.  His years of dedicated brokerage service have built lasting relationships with local, national and international industry leaders, retail & restaurant chains, landlords, developers, investors and brokerage colleagues. Tony’s work has also received numerous industry recognitions including MNCAR’s retail deal of the year award, 7-time recipient of CoStar’s Power Broker award and brokering several winning deals of the MSCA Starr Award.
 
Changing market conditions happen often and Tony meets those challenges with energy, creative visioning and a passion for adding value. Over his tenure, Tony has worked with every type of retail commercial real estate client and can be called upon for his expertise and relationships to aid in effective solution finding.  Tony has a reputation for persistence, attention to detail and success whether it’s for roll-out strategy, market penetration, single site requirements, leasing for new or existing projects, acquisitions or dispositions.
