MINNEAPOLIS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the sale of 3219 Division St. in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The 6,170-square-foot building was sold by PepperJax Development, LLC to Coconi’s Properties LLC. The seller was represented by TRS Vice President Brad Kaplan and Senior Associate Molly Townsend.
“The property, located at the corner of 33rd Avenue North and Division Street, is an ideal spot for retail and restaurant users,” said Kaplan. “With a tenant currently occupying the retail space and a full-service kitchen and restaurant ready to be utilized by the new owner, this sale is a benefit for the area.”
Cricket Wireless currently occupies 2,125 square feet inside the property. New owner Coconi’s Properties will relocate its restaurant Gilberto’s into the vacant space, a 4,045-square-foot, full-service restaurant with a drive-thru window, patio space, and pylon signage along Division St. The building shares a 42-spot parking lot with a second property, which is occupied by Tires Plus, and a third property occupied by Scooter’s Coffee.
Coconi’s Properties was represented by RE/MAX broker William Molitor.
