Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Riley serves as a Vice President for Transwestern’s Industrial Services team in Dallas. In this role, Riley handles tenant representation, project leasing and acquisition/disposition services in the Great Southwest and Arlington submarkets. This includes evaluation of industrial property, financial analysis, and securing advantageous lease terms, concession packages, and municipal incentives. His submarket focus allows him to add the greatest value for his clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Before joining Transwestern, Riley’s previous experience included teaching social studies and coaching varsity football at JJ Pearce High School in Richardson ISD and George Dawson Middle School in Carroll ISD. Prior to teaching and coaching, Riley was a Project Manager for a custom home builder in Dallas. His diverse experience gives him the work ethic and perspective to serve clients at a high level.
 
Since joining Transwestern, Riley has represented various clients including : Mapletree US Management, Prologis, Barings, Heller Industrial Parks, Forefront Commercial Real Estate, Box Investment Group, Incab America, Freight Crafters, ASA Food Equipment, Jenkins Restorations, US Wholesale Pipe and Tube, Displays Fine Art Services, Trinity Dry Cleaning and Laundry Supply, Allied Flooring Solutions, One Stop Warehouse, Concrete Pump Supply, and Jay Transport Service.

EDUCATION

Riley is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
