DALLAS – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces a joint venture between Austin Reynolds of Reserve Street Property Co. and Mitch Miller and Steve Cramer of BC2 Capital has acquired a 4.5-acre parcel at 1900 Hurd Drive with plans to develop a state-of-the-art industrial facility on the site. The TRS Dallas Industrial Team, led by Riley Maxwell and John Brewer, represented the buyer, while JLL represented the seller, Hollman Inc., in the acquisition.
The development will include a 58,280-square-foot, Class A industrial facility featuring 28-foot clear heights and a secure 1.1-acre laydown yard, designed to accommodate flexible storage and operational needs.
Construction commenced in October 2024, with Bratjen Construction serving as the general contractor and GSR Andrade as the project architect.
“This development will offer users a level of flexibility not typically found in industrial developments of this size,” said Maxwell. “The ability to park trailers, store products outdoors, and support heavy parking needs in an infill location is a valuable asset for manufacturers and other users in the DFW Airport submarket.”
This submarket is recognized as one of the premier industrial hubs in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, thanks to its proximity to the airport and major transportation routes. This land sale reflects a decade-long trend of increased investment in land for industrial uses, according to Transwestern Research.
