TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Property Manager, Nuris has overseen industrial and office space throughout South Florida. Her responsibilities include accounting, preparing annual budgets for all properties, bidding and overseeing capital projects and tenant improvements, conducting property inspections, managing the maintenance and appearance of each property, and keeping an open line of communication with clients and tenants to help achieve long-term goals. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

As a Commercial Property Manager at Transwestern, Nuris has provided complete property management services to a diverse portfolio, including Class A office buildings in Coral Gables, Class A industrial buildings and a park association.
From April 2014 to November 2016, Nuris served as the Facilities Manager for Apple, Inc. Latin Americas. During this time, she was responsible for the full management of five Apple corporate facilities on the East Coast and in Latin America, demonstrating her ability to handle large-scale operations.
Nuris has extensive knowledge and experience with Yardi, Payscan, P2P, and Office 365 systems.  She is proficient in budgeting, reporting, tenant relations, and sustainability, including energy star and LEED recertification, measurable reporting, and achieving WELL Health and Safety ratings.  Additionally, she is a Notary Public and fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Throughout her career, Nuris has consistently achieved high Kingsley Survey scores of no less than 4.50 for Class A Office and Industrial Buildings.
