TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Mark oversees leasing activity for six million square feet of space for the Transwestern Chicago office. Buildings Mark represents include 181 West Madison and Michigan Plaza. Mark also advises clients on investments and identifies new business opportunities for the company.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

A prominent member of the Chicago real estate community for more than 30 years, Mark has completed over 900 lease transactions that represent over 10 million square feet of space. In the last 18 months, Mark has helped close over 450,000 square feet of transactions. A few of Mark's recent, notable lease deals include Northern Trust (225,000 SF), QRM (107,000 SF), Fox Television (63,000 SF), and EXP (54,000 SF). Throughout his career, Mark has consistently created value for distinguished real estate owners and investors, such as CB Global Investors, Beacon Capital Partners, GE Asset Management, MetLife, Callahan Capital Properties, and Ivanhoe Cambridge.

EDUCATION

Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
