Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jerry is a Portfolio Manager for a portfolio of two buildings totaling 300,000 square feet in Washington, D.C. His responsibilities include preparing yearly budgets, monthly financial reporting for institutional clients, overseeing vendor contracts, tenant relations, capital planning and construction management.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2009, Jerry spent two years working for Red Zebra Broadcasting, a Washington, D.C.-based media company that owns and operates several radio stations in the Mid-Atlantic region. He worked in the Marketing and Promotions department, where his primary responsibilities included coordinating promotional events.

EDUCATION

Jerry received his Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Maryland.
