Miami – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected to provide leasing and management services for Medley Logistics Center (MLC), a 300,000-square-foot building at 9350 NW 108th Ave. in Medley, Florida. Transwestern’s South Florida Industrial Team, composed of Thomas Kresse, Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Carlos Gaviria, will provide leasing services on behalf of owner Principal Real Estate Investors.
Located within Flagler Station, a Class A mixed-use business park, MLC is home to Exel Logistics and International Cruise Food & Hotel Suppliers. The building offers 28-foot clear ceiling heights, fenced and secured truck courtyards, and immediate access to the Florida Turnpike.
