Minneapolis – Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) today announces it has been retained by Osborn370 LLC to provide leasing services for Osborn370, a 170,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 370 N. Wabasha St. in the St. Paul Central Business District. The leasing team includes TCS Managing Principal Mike Salmen, Principal Mike Honsa and Vice President Tate Krosschell.
