HOUSTON – Transwestern announces it has been retained to provide agency leasing services for River Oaks Medical, a six-story, 52,342-square-foot Class A medical outpatient building located at 3720 Westheimer Road in Houston. Transwestern Managing Director Ashley Byrd and Associate Sara Kelly will lead leasing efforts on behalf of owner Ancorian.
