Sara Kelly

Sara Kelly is an Associate with Transwestern’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services team, where she specializes in both agency leasing and tenant representation. She is responsible for leasing a portfolio of properties across the Houston market, including Sugar Land, the Heights, Cypress, and Westchase, and she has represented clients from a wide range of medical specialties.

Sara is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing leader with a strong foundation in problem solving, research and analysis, and project management. Prior to joining Transwestern, she served as founder and CEO of an e‑commerce homewares brand, building it from the ground up and driving strong customer loyalty through data‑driven marketing and operational optimization.

Prior to that, Sara held key roles in marketing and product development at Houston Methodist Hospital, Sysco Corporation, and Worldwise, Inc, where her work consistently demonstrated an ability to evaluate markets, identify growth opportunities, and deliver results through collaboration and strong communication.

Sara attended Connecticut College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and Art History and Indiana University where she earned an MBA. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
