SynerMark Properties Acquired the 95% Leased Building in January

SAN ANTONIO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it will continue providing leasing and property management services for Fountainhead Tower, a 180,069-square-foot Class A office building located at 8200 I-10 W in San Antonio’s Northwest submarket. Recently acquired by a SynerMark Properties partnership based in Austin, Texas, from a California-based fund sponsored by KBS, the property boasts an impressive 95 percent occupancy rate. Significant upgrades have been made to the building, enhancing its appeal and reinforcing its status as one of the premier Class A office locations in the region.

Transwestern will ensure a seamless transition for the new ownership while maintaining continuity for tenants. Leading leasing efforts for Fountainhead Tower will be Russell T. Noll, CCIM, and Kelly Ralston of Transwestern.

Conveniently located off IH-10, Fountainhead Tower offers direct access to Loop 410 and is minutes from Loop 1604 and the San Antonio International Airport. The Northwest submarket is highly sought after for its proximity to major medical centers and robust tenant demand. According to Transwestern research, the Northwest submarket was the only submarket in San Antonio proper to post single-digit vacancy rates in Q3 2024.
