SAN ANTONIO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that SASpine has signed a 7,589-square-foot lease at Highpoint Tower II, a 151,067-square-foot office building at 8415 Datapoint Drive in San Antonio’s South Texas Medical Center. Transwestern’s Chris Thompson and Charlie Weil provided tenant advisory services to SASpine, facilitating a 60-month lease that positions the practice for continued success in a more efficient and strategically located space.
“As their current building is being redeveloped into multifamily, we were able to act quickly and find a seamless solution for SASpine just next door,” said Thompson. “This relocation not only prevents disruption to their operations but also provides them with right-sized space that better supports their practice today.”
Located in the heart of the South Texas Medical Center, Highpoint Tower II offers immediate access to the region’s leading hospitals, research institutions, and healthcare resources. The building features on-site conference facilities and is situated in a rapidly evolving area with excellent connectivity.
SA Spine’s relocation from 8401 Datapoint Drive allows the organization to consolidate its footprint to a more streamlined and functional layout. Working closely with The Jordan Group, the Transwestern team ensured that the new space was thoughtfully designed with premium finishes and optimal workflow.
Highpoint Tower II is owned and managed by Triple Double Real Estate. Sammy Rhein of Triple Double Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction.
