ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the promotions of Bo Stuart to Vice President of Healthcare Advisory Services and Austin Hibbard to Vice President of Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions.
Stuart joined Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory Services group in 2017. A year later, he transitioned onto the Southeast Healthcare team, which oversees a portfolio of over 3.6 million square feet of medical office space. Leading prospecting, research and marketing initiatives, Stuart creates marketing and branding strategies, sources client transactions, and develops relationships to grow the team’s footprint. He is the recipient of Transwestern’s National Brokerage Rising Star award.

Hibbard joined Transwestern in 2019, merging finance expertise with commercial real estate knowledge to drive business development, financial analysis, tenant representation, and special projects. His ability to build relationships and leverage market and industry data results in customized solutions that optimize client outcomes. Hibbard received Transwestern’s National Brokerage Rising Star award.
