Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Bo Stuart is a senior associate for Transwestern’s Southeast Healthcare Advisory Services Team, bringing 4 years of experience in leasing as well as analytics and research to the team. Alongside his partners Steve Hall and John Lopez, Bo handles all aspects of marketing and leasing a portfolio of 2.6mm Square Feet of dedicated Medical Office product around Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Bo’s largest achievement in his prior role as an analyst was to create a comprehensive database of market information and intelligence on the Georgia healthcare market as a whole. He then structured that data in a way to make it both accessible and actionable by all team members.
 
In late 2018, Bo was instrumental in winning Transwestern a 792,000 SF leasing and management portfolio on behalf of a large, healthcare-centric institutional client.
 
Prior to this role, Bo served as an intern on the Atlanta Occupier Solutions team where he was responsible for tenant relationships and transaction management. He also assisted in managing the team’s database, as well as performing market research on companies, properties, and industries.
 
Before Transwestern, Bo worked as a marketing assistant for Harley Davidson. His job role included planning and promoting campaigns for new motorcycles and dealership sales. He was also responsible for editing and updating dealer websites.
