MCLEAN, VIRGINIA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Northern Virginia office has moved from Tysons Tower at 7900 Tysons One Place to Westpark Corporate Center at 8444 Westpark Drive in McLean. The new Transwestern Virginia office is strategically situated within the dynamic and highly amenitized office park, adjacent to the bustling The Boro Tysons mixed-use development.
“By applying the same data-driven approach we use with our clients to evaluate our office operations, we designed a more modern workplace that capitalizes on a great building amenity package and proximity to the excitement of The Boro development,” said TRS Executive Managing Director Phil McCarthy.
Westpark Corporate Center is a 470,000-square-foot LEED Gold office building featuring an outdoor plaza, lounge, fitness center, conference facility, concierge, and bike storage. Next door, The Boro Tysons is a 5-million-square-foot, multi-phase lifestyle district that includes 250,000 square feet of retail anchored by Whole Foods and ShowPlace ICON Theatre.
“The new elevated environment also supports our strategic growth plans, which include the recent hire of Spencer Stouffer to expand Transwestern’s Agency Leasing practice in the Mid-Atlantic,” added McCarthy.
In 2023, Transwestern Agency Leasing completed 2,552 transactions across the company, totaling over 43.7 million square feet with an aggregate value of $3.13 billion.
