ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) and Dilweg commercial real estate investment firm announce 84,730 square feet in leases were completed in 2023 at Northridge Commons, a seven-building, 470,560-square-foot creative office campus at 8601 Dunwoody Place in Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket. Transwestern’s Greg Frankum, Matt Spickard and Ansley Chenault provide Agency Leasing services for the property.
Notable transactions include:
- Commercial construction firm Envision Construction signed a new lease for 23,442 square feet to relocate and expand at Northridge Commons. NAI Brannen Goddard represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Artelon, a healthcare technology company, executed a new lease for 21,334 square feet to relocate its headquarters to Northridge Commons. Savills, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction.
- Compounding Pharmacy ICP Holdings expanded from 7,400 square feet to 11,976 square feet and extended its lease.
- Buckhead Blueprint, a printing and signage company, executed a new lease for 10,427 square feet. JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.
