The team has successfully filled a wide variety of office assets on behalf of their owner clients, including urban high-rise towers, suburban mid-rise buildings, low-rise business parks, and mixed-use developments.
During the course of his career, Matt has represented landlord clients such as Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Perimeter Realty Partners, Invesco, Behringer Harvard, B.F. Saul Company, AREA Property Partners, Griffin Capital, Argus Realty Group, JE Robert Companies, Koll Development, Mass Mutual, TIC Properties, Sage Partners, Franklin Street Properties, and Hyatt Corporation.


Before joining Transwestern, Matt was an associate with CB Richard Ellis, where over the past three years he and Greg completed more than 300 leases with an aggregate value of $140 million.


Matt is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, and the Young Council of Realtors. He also is actively involved with the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, and Gwinnet Place CID.


Matt completed his bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in real estate at the University of West Georgia.
