Transwestern Advises Stonemont Financial Group in New Expansion Lease

ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Stonemont Financial Group has executed a lease to move its headquarters to Three Alliance Center, a Class A, 500,000-square-foot office high-rise at 3550 Lenox Road NE in Atlanta. Transwestern’s Peyton Wimberly, Bradley Fulkerson, and Austin Hibbard provided strategic planning, site selection, workplace strategy, lease negotiations, and project management services to the tenant, facilitating an expansion of office space and an extended lease term.

Situated in the heart of Buckhead, Three Alliance Center is LEED Gold and ENERGY STAR certified, providing high efficiency, flexible floor plates and smart design features. The 30-story building showcases modern architecture and amenities, including a tenant lounge, café area, conference facilities, fitness center, and various on-site dining options.
