DALLAS – Transwestern today announces the following sale and lease transactions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
SALES
213 Investments LLC purchased 8521 FM 850, a 120,760-square-foot industrial building in Tyler, Texas for an undisclosed price from Legacy Measurement Solutions. Transwestern Principal Randy Garrett, SIOR and Brian W. Burks, SIOR, CCIM of Landbridge Commercial Properties Inc. negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller.
LEASES
Better Home Products renewed and expanded its lease for 179,875 square feet of industrial space at Great Southwest Distribution Center, 600 109th St., in Arlington, Texas. Transwestern Principal John Brewer represented the tenant in the transaction.
L&W Supply signed a new lease for 23,186 square feet of industrial space at 10539 Maybank Dr. in Dallas. Transwestern Vice Presidents John Waller and Timothy Veler represented the landlord, Bezet LLC, in the transaction.
Friedrich Air Conditioning Co. signed a new lease for 20,962 square feet of industrial space at Prologis Stemmons 11, 151 Regal Row, in Dallas. Transwestern Vice President Timothy Veler and Senior Associate Emily Rankin represented the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction. Ken Boyd of Jackson Cooksey represented the tenant.
Lamar Outdoor renewed its lease for 20,237 square feet of industrial space at Arlington Business Park, 625-629 109th St., in Arlington, Texas. Transwestern Principal John Brewer represented the landlord in the transaction. Matt Burton of Mohr Partners represented the tenant
Protective Packaging renewed its lease for 18,292 square feet of industrial space at Valwest I, 1746 W. Crosby Rd., in Carrollton, Texas. Transwestern Principals John Fulton and Brett Owens represented the landlord in the transaction. Chris Hillman and David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
O-I Packaging Solutions LLC renewed its lease for 15,800 square feet of office space at Tollway North Office Park, 5208 Tennyson Pkwy., in Plano, Texas. Transwestern Principals Justin Miller and Kim Brooks represented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors, in the transaction. Greg Langston of Avison Young represented the tenant.
Silver Creek renewed its lease for 14,045 square feet of office space at MacArthur Plaza, 5525 N. MacArthur Blvd., in Irving, Texas. Transwestern Principals Matt Hurlbut and Nathan Durham represented the landlord, Brookwood Financial, in the transaction. John Beach of Jackson Cooksey represented the tenant.
TF Holdings Inc. signed a new lease for 12,848 square feet of office space at One Panorama Center, 7701 Las Colinas Ridge, in Irving, Texas. Transwestern Managing Director Duane Henley and Principal Nathan Durham negotiated the transaction for both the landlord, RM Panorama LLLP, and the tenant.
Dobinsky Wholesale LLC signed a new lease for 12,720 square feet of industrial space at Plano Business Park, 3701 E. Plano Pkwy., in Plano, Texas. Transwestern Principal Joe Whitmer and Senior Associate Emily Rankin represented the landlord, Liberty Property Trust, in the transaction.
Lane Construction signed a new lease for 6,321 square feet of office space at Mercantile Center One, 3001 Meacham Blvd., in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Randy Garrett, SIOR and LaTerra Commercial President Jo Thompson, CCIM represented the tenant in the transaction. Andrew Ward of Mercantile Partners LP represented the landlord.
Protection Networks signed a new lease for 5,725 square feet of office/technical space at Alpha Business Center, 4300 Alpha Rd., in Dallas. Transwestern Principal John Brewer represented the tenant in the transaction. Rich Young, Jr. of Rich Young Company LLC represented the landlord, Kennington Capital.
Heineken USA Inc. signed a new lease for 5,523 square feet of office space at Urban Towers, 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd., in Irving, Texas. Transwestern Principal David Besserer represented the tenant in the transaction. John Fancher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
