TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Sarah is a Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Group, specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation for healthcare and life sciences users. She oversees the marketing and leasing of more than 1.3 million square feet of medical office space across Houston and surrounding submarkets, advising healthcare providers and institutional owners on strategic real estate decisions.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Sarah joined Transwestern in 2015 after relocating from Dallas where she served as a Transaction Manager for the Baylor Scott & White Health hospital portfolio for four years. She has represented a wide range of clients in both agency leasing and tenant advisory, including: Healthpeak, The RMR Group, MedProprties, Ridgeline Capital Partners, HCA, Kore Autism, Seek Diagnostics, Houston Heart and Modern Heart and Vascular. Her medical office portfolio spans the Texas Medical Center, Katy, Spring, Kingwood, Conroe and Baytown. Sarah’s MBA enhances her consultative approach, allowing her to align real estate strategy with the operational and financial objectives of healthcare organizations. Her work includes advising physicians, hospitals and healthcare operators on growth planning, space optimization and long-term real estate strategy.

EDUCATION

Sarah attended George Washington University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
