Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Sarah joined Transwestern in 2015 as a Vice President in the Healthcare Advisory Services Group, with a focus on agency leasing.  She brings eight years of dedicated healthcare experience to her clients. She is responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 1 million square feet of medical office buildings in Houston and surrounding markets for institutional clients.
 
She also specializes in tenant representation for physicians and healthcare groups.  Her clients value her knowledge of the medical real estate market coupled with her consultative approach to understanding their business and growth plans. Leveraging her MBA, she works with her clients to align their real estate strategy with their operational and financial goals, and to deliver a high-quality patient experience.

Sarah began her career in the healthcare sector as a Transaction Manager for Baylor Scott & White Health with CBRE in Dallas. She served as a trusted advisor to campus Presidents to align their real estate strategy with the hospitals’ goals to lease their medical office space to support their core business of providing high-quality patient care.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Sarah is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW). She formerly served on the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Alumni Board. She was an active member of the North Texas Cancer Support Community in Dallas.

EDUCATION

Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Washington University. She earned her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
