Sarah is a vice president in Transwestern’ s Houston Healthcare Advisory Services Group. She joined the team in July 2015 following her relocation from Dallas, TX. She is actively engaged in healthcare business development, marketing, and representing healthcare clients.
Her focus is on Agency Leasing where she is responsible for leasing over 1 million square feet of medical office space throughout Houston and surrounding areas. She also specializes in Tenant Representation of physicians and multi-locational physician practices. She uses a consultative approach coupled with her MBA and 10 years of real estate experience to help her clients find real estate solutions to meet their operational needs.


Sarah entered the healthcare real estate sector in 2011 while serving as a Transaction Manager for the Baylor Scott & White Health system at CBRE in Dallas. She provided leasing services for the 15.1 million-square-foot portfolio and completed over 150 transactions. She served as a trusted advisor to campus Presidents to align real estate strategy with hospital goals to better serve patients and to lease medical office space to physicians.
Prior to her move into the healthcare sector, Sarah was an industrial broker with CBRE and ProLogis, where she was responsible for a portfolio of over 5 million square feet.
Before obtaining her MBA at the University of Texas at Austin, Sarah was a Strategic Account Manager at Sun Microsystems in New York, where she was responsible for delivering complex hardware, software and professional services solutions to clients.


Sarah is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas. She is on the University of Texas McCombs School of Business Alumni Board and has been an active member of the North Texas Cancer Support Community in Dallas.


Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Washington University. She went on to complete her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
