DALLAS – Transwestern announces the continued expansion of its national industrial platform with the addition of John Bollman, Barrett Bufkin and Austin Fahy, three seasoned professionals who bring deep expertise in third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain strategy and national tenant representation. The trio joins the firm today and will be based in Transwestern’s Dallas office.

Bollman, Managing Director, brings more than 25 years of logistics and supply chain experience, including 3PL, freight forwarding and global distribution strategy, enhancing Transwestern’s ability to advise clients with complex industrial needs. Bufkin, Managing Director, focuses on new development sites including total-cost strategies, aligning site selection, labor and transportation decisions with clients’ broader operational and growth goals. Fahy, Senior Vice President, applies analytics and operational insights to help occupiers optimize real estate strategies, drive efficiency and support long-term business objectives.
The three professionals will bolster Transwestern’s national tenant representation efforts and collaborate closely with the firm’s industrial, logistics and development teams across major U.S. markets.
