Austin Fahy

As Senior Vice President, Austin Fahy supports Transwestern’s national industrial tenant representation platform, working alongside John Bollman and Barrett Bufkin to advise occupiers across the United States. He specializes in industrial brokerage and applies analytics and operational insights to help clients optimize real estate strategies, improve efficiency and support long-term business objectives.

Austin’s role focuses on translating data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations that align real estate decisions with operational needs.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Austin held tenant advisory roles at Cresa, ESRP and Growe, where he supported industrial occupiers with site selection, portfolio planning and transaction execution across multiple markets.

Austin has earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing & business/managerial economics from the University of Arkansas.
