Former JLL Vet to Serve on Regional and National Scale as Managing Director

WASHINGTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces the addition of Lucy Kitchin as Managing Director, Government Services. Based in the Washington, D.C., office, Kitchin will lead the region’s Government Services advisory group, stimulating both private and public sector leasing business on behalf of owners and investors and advising clients locally and nationally.

As a Managing Director with the Government Investor Services group at JLL, Kitchin was responsible for comprehensive real estate advisory services focused on leasing transactions with the federal government on behalf of owners and investors. A commercial real estate veteran, Kitchin has completed approximately 15 million square feet in government leases, including transactions for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Education, the Department of Defense, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, among many others.
