Lucy Kitchin

Prior to joining Transwestern, Lucy served as managing director with the Government Investor Services group at JLL where she was responsible for comprehensive real estate advisory services focused on leasing transactions with the federal government on behalf of owners and investors. Over her career, Lucy has completed approximately 15 million square feet in government leases, including transactions for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Department of Education, the Department of Defense, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, among many others.

The Duffie Companies – Silver Spring, MD.   New lease for Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2009, renewal in 2019.  50,000 RSF, 10 years & 15 years.

Boyd Watterson Asset Management – 90 K Street, NE.  Renewal for US Parole Commission.  22,000 RSF, 10 years.

The RMR Group – 12795 Alameda Parkway – Lakewood, CO.  Renewal for National Park Service (NPS).  160,000, 5 years.
